Data controller: Sole proprietor Andrey Stennikov (Russia), TIN 540225917010, OGRNIP 326547600134915 (the YukiGames studio, "we"). We process data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and are listed in the register of personal data operators kept by Roskomnadzor.
This policy covers the yukigames.ru website and every game and app by the YukiGames studio ("games"), on whatever platform you play them: in the browser, on a phone or a computer, through game platforms and app stores. By installing a game or opening the site you accept this policy.
Most of our games do not ask you to enter personal details. Where a game has sign-up or sign-in, we may ask for an e-mail address, a user name, a password, or sign-in through your platform account. The exact list is shown on the sign-up screen. This data is needed to create the account, recognise you at sign-in, move progress between devices and restore access. You can delete the account in the game's settings, where such a button exists, or by e-mailing us.
If you e-mail us, we see your address and the text of the message and keep the correspondence while we handle your question.
The state of the game, in-game currencies, level and completed tasks are saved on your device. If the platform you play on offers cloud storage (for example, player data on Yandex Games or the RuStore game profile), a copy of the progress is stored there, tied to your platform account. This lets progress move to another device and survive a reinstall. The save holds only what the game needs; it contains no personal details.
The platform, the app store, the advertising network and the analytics services built into a game may receive technical data: a device or advertising identifier, device model, OS and app version, language, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, crash reports, and how long and how often the game was opened. This data does not contain your name and is needed for the services to work, for statistics and for fixing bugs.
The games may show ads, including rewarded ones you choose to watch. They are served by advertising networks (for example, the Yandex Advertising Network). To select and count ads they receive the technical device data listed above and records of impressions and taps. Ad revenue data may be passed to analytics services (for example, AppMetrica) in anonymised form.
Paid items are bought through the platform or the app store. We receive only the purchase identifier and the product name, to deliver it in the game. Card numbers, accounts and other payment details stay with the platform.
A game may remind you of in-game events. Such notifications are created on the device itself, without a server, and only if you allowed them in the system.
yukigames.ru sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no visitor data. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, time and page address) to guard against failures and attacks.
Data goes only to the services without which a game cannot run on your platform:
Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy, published on its website. We do not pass data to anyone else and never sell it.
Progress on the device is removed with the game or by clearing its data in the system settings. A cloud copy can be removed with the platform's own tools or at your request by e-mail. An in-game account, where there is one, is deleted from the game's settings or at your request by e-mail together with all its data, except what the law obliges us to keep. Data processed by the platforms, advertising networks and analytics services is kept under their rules.
You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted: write to the address in section 9, we answer within two business days. We keep data no longer than the purposes in section 4 require and protect it from unauthorised access.
Our games are rated 6+ and collect nothing that identifies a player. Each game's rating is shown on its store page. We knowingly collect no personal data from children. Ads are selected by the platform and the advertising network under their rules for a young audience.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes are noted in the game's update description.
